You can provide Q Shelter with written feedback at any time. We welcome feedback about what we are doing well and feedback about how we can improve.
Q Shelter encourages stakeholders to offer their feedback at any time to a member of staff directly and to seek a resolution.
If this doesn’t resolve the matter than you can contact the Manager of Organisational Support or Executive Director to discuss your concerns.
If the matter isn’t resolved then you can follow other steps in the Feedback Policy and Procedure providing avenues to formally provide feedback and seek a resolution to your ideas or concerns.
