Who should attend?
This workshop introduces Housing and Homelessness Board Members, Executives, Managers and Team Leaders to the terminology, concepts and context of outcomes measurement.
What will you walk away with?
The three hour workshop will create a safe space to:
• Explore the transition from outputs to outcomes measurement and what it might look like for your organisation and the housing sector more broadly;
• Develop your outcomes measurement mindset and practical knowledge base;
• Develop your outcomes measurement action plan;
• Openly share and learn from other leaders’ outcomes measurement experiences.
Onward to Outcomes’ Six Simple Leadership Steps make it easier for you to confidently steer your team in their learning journey towards clearly demonstrating the extent and method by which they bring about change in clients’ lives and the population at large.
Who will be presenting?
Bec Crompton has 20 years’ experience leading, managing and evaluating for-benefit, outcomes-change programs in the UK, developing countries and Australia. She has helped many organisations navigate the transition from output to outcome measurement and is a true hybrid of the art and science, overview and detail of profound social change. She is an engaging, motivating and participatory facilitator.
Bec holds an MSc in International Development Management, is a Founding Member of the Social Impact Measurement Network Australia (SIMNA) and is a sought-after keynote speaker, mentor, facilitator and trainer in outcomes measurement. She has also created the only (to her knowledge) course teaching the skills, systems and processes necessary to
operationalise and embed outcomes measurement across organisations, networks and collaborations
