 Lead Your Service to Outcomes Measurement in Six Simple Steps

– Come & develop your Leadership plan

Q Shelter and Onward Consulting are pleased to offer this half day workshop on Outcomes Measurement.

Outcomes measurement allows you to clarify and demonstrate the changes in clients’ lives that your service brings about. It is fast becoming a funding and reporting requirement, and if done well also drives innovation and service improvement.

Who should attend?

This workshop introduces Housing and Homelessness Board Members, Executives, Managers and Team Leaders to the terminology, concepts and context of outcomes measurement.

What will you walk away with?

The three hour workshop will create a safe space to:
• Explore the transition from outputs to outcomes measurement and what it might look like for your organisation and the housing sector more broadly;
• Develop your outcomes measurement mindset and practical knowledge base;
• Develop your outcomes measurement action plan;
• Openly share and learn from other leaders’ outcomes measurement experiences.

Onward to Outcomes’ Six Simple Leadership Steps make it easier for you to confidently steer your team in their learning journey towards clearly demonstrating the extent and method by which they bring about change in clients’ lives and the population at large.
