This is an event tailored to senior managers and asset management staff to share good practice, learn more about recent changes to legislation affecting asset management, new products and innovations. It is also an opportunity to hear from Department of Housing and Public Works colleagues on current projects that relate to asset management such as Solar Installations in Public Housing, implementing new smoke alarms legislation requirements and NDIS.
This event is a terrific opportunity to network with other organisations and is open to all community housing, homelessness and refuge accommodation providers.
