Project Activities

Over the three years the project will undertake the following activities:

Regional and target group networking activities, including network mapping, network development, and building the capacity of existing networks.
Establishment of a state-wide reference group to guide the implementation of the project and act as a consultative mechanism for the SAAP sector.
Development of regional and target group profiles to inform the department of the distinct features of homelessness in each region.
Identification and meeting of SAAP sector training needs through developing links with the Workforce Council.
A biennial State-wide SAAP Conference to be held in the alternative years to the National Homelessness Conference.
