Logan City of Choice Summit
Logan City Council and the Queensland Government are hosting the Logan City of Choice Summit on 15, 19 and 20 February at the Logan Entertainment Centre. The summit will bring State and Local Government, business, community organisations and community members to identify, prioritise and progress housing, employment, safety, education, and social infrastructure issues.
Members of the Logan Housing and Homelessness Network participated in a Logan City Council led housing issues focus group in advance of the summit to develop an overview of housing strengths and opportunities for consideration by attending ministers from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, Multicultural Affairs; Communities, Child Safety, Disability Services; Education, Training and Employment; Housing and Public Works; Local Government; National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing; Police and Community Safety departments.

Community members are invited to attend and workshop these themes on day one. Limited tickets are available by calling 3412-5626 during office hours.
The Logan City of Ideas of Idea Survey will remain online until Tuesday, 12 February at 5pm.
