Emma Greenhalgh

Emma has over twenty years’ experience in social policy, planning, research and program development in the field of affordable housing and homelessness. This includes employment with the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute, Brisbane and Gold Coast City Councils, the Urban Land Development Authority, National Shelter, and Urbis. Emma’s most recent role was the project manager for the Queensland Department of Housing and Public Work’s housing and homelessness response for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Emma’s has formal qualifications in urban and regional planning, and holds a Masters of Applied Science (Research).
